Check-in is from 04:30 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. You may request an early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability. Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. The hotel offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.

Yes, we have a large car park and free parking is available to all guests.

We always reward guests for booking directly with The Old Hall Ely. Our website is set up to have cheaper rates than other external booking sites. Longer stay rates are also available via phone or email.

We have two ground floor bedrooms, The Pheasant and The Partridge, which are perfect if you need a little more accessibility. Our remaining bedrooms are located on the first and second floors.

As we are an Exclusive-Use Wedding Venue, we are closed on the days we have a wedding booking. However, we do offer many dining experiences all year round. Please visit our Restaurant & Dining Calendar to see which sittings are available and when.
