The Steward Room is named after Oliver Cromwell’s mother, who lived on the estate before the Morbey family made it their home. All of our luxury rooms with Super King beds are full of character and have great views of our grounds. With a separate, spacious bathroom featuring both roll-top bath and stand-alone shower, enjoy maximum relaxation. The Steward Room is named after Oliver Cromwell’s Mother who lived on the Estate before the Morbey family made it their home!
The room pricing includes a slice of our family recipe carrot cake, served with tea and coffee in our sitting room on arrival.
