From the moment we stepped inside The Old Hall I had ‘that feeling’ and within minuets we knew it was the venue for our special day. I visited 16 venues before viewing The Old Hall, and what sets the venue apart from the others was the customer service, the quality of the venue in terms of finish and of course the beautiful setting. However it’s the customer service from that first visit through to the end of our wedding day which was outstanding. You made us feel that our wedding was just as important to you too, all our requests were answered and on the day the team were incredible. Huge thanks to Laura, Amy, Kirsty and Sophie, what a team!! “The service we received from the Old Hall was amazing. Our guests commented on how remarkable and professional the catering staff were, ensuring all meals were placed on the tables at the same time. The quality of the food was outstanding. From start to finish, we received a walk around the venue, planning meetings, an entire team of staff dedicated to the bride and groom on the actual day. The day before our wedding we arrived with items we had made which were stored safely over night, when the Bride (Me) arrived the morning of the wedding, I expected to help out with setting up the marquee such as putting the cake on the side and hanging some of the decorations, it was all done and in place exactly how I imagined by the staff. We had our own team of staff to ensure the day ran smoothly, they had even ordered the perfect weather! The events planning team, the chefs, the bar tenders, the cleaners all work to a high level of service, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We could not fault them in anyway. We had looked at other venues but were sold from day one due to the views, the professionalism of the entire team, the pavilion and outside gardens, having the marquee as part of their package! “We had such a perfect day and everything was ran like a well oiled machine I couldn’t pick any faults and I know everyone says their wedding day is perfect but literally someone fainted at ours and the way you all handled the situation was incredible and it didn’t have any impact at all on the day so that in it’s self just shows how well it’s ran so aside from being an incredibly beautiful venue it really has the whole package and I just couldn’t have wished for more so thank you! “I cannot thank everyone who works at The Old Hall enough for what they did to make our wedding day so special. Even 2 years ago when first meeting the team they made you feel part of the family and were so friendly. All the emails and meetings up to the big day, everything went like clock work. I wouldn’t change a thing, Alex was incredible. Even when my feet were getting sore from my heels she offered to change my shoes for me without question.
