To choose from our delicious selection of starters is a difficult decision to make! Just to name a few from our unique menu; enjoy seared king scallops, pickled apple, smoked lobster bisque and apple foam or go for our delicious dish of Cromer crab and plaice squid ink tortellini, oak Bacchus, apple, dill and sea herbs.
Moving through to mains, our chefs have perfected an exciting variety for our guests to enjoy. Go for our steamed mussels with garlic, parsley, white wine cream sauce and baked bread or choose our sticky soy, ginger and honey glazed tuna steak, Israel cous cous with pickled cucumber, sesame dressing and Bok choi.
Room for dessert? Dive into our incredible rhubarb and ginger meringue tart with hazelnut ice cream and tuille. Choose our stunning maple and pecan glazed éclair with vanilla and Biscoff cream as well as pumpkin seed oil ice cream.
